5-2016 UK & Ireland & Europe Observations

To help us organize solar observations & compare changes, I am creating posts for each region so we can view the best observations & comments & track changes.

This post is for the UK, Ireland & Europe Region. If you have observations about unusual Solar characteristics, weather, seismic activity, etc., in this region, which may be connected with the earth’s shift or abnormal changes, submit your info as a comment & specify the general location.

Only the best info will be approved as a comment for the various regions. In some cases of exceptional info, I may add your comment as a new post.

We have also had cool evening weather in Texas the past 2 weeks & violent lightning & hail storms and tornadoes. So the conditions in Europe are also affecting the entire latitude. I lived in Europe in the 60’s for 3 years & a business trip in the 90’s. I remember the flat rooftops in England which are not built for snow. I also visited many of the older wineries & champaign vineyards at the time. The frost would have been devastating at this time of year.  The fate of these vineyards are described in Mai’s letter below. Germany has both flat & high angled roofs in the Rhine river valley. France is mostly flat top roofs which are not built for snow.

Note: I must also Caution everyone that adding 2 or more links on a comment usually sets off the spam blocker on WordPress. We have no control over their spam system so be careful not to trip the auto spam filters on WordPress with more than 2 URL’s on a comment. They don’t notify us when they block a suspected spam. The rules don’t apply to the site owners posts. Just on comments.

Also, my apologies. The situation with my friends terminal malady and his belief of the cause has troubled me, so I wasn’t at my best when commenting. l have similar issues as my friend. Similar things happened to Martyn Stubbs & Graham Birdsall years ago when they made NASA videos public. We seem to lose anyone who goes to the public to bizarre medical ailments.

I would much rather see observations of the regions without any links to good ole boy gov’t hirelings & grant dependent sources trying to defer from the sun position issue. It is a game among scientists. Those who spout gov’t dogma like Condon did in the 70’s versus those of us who simply want honesty & truth. But this time, they can’t hide the sun so the situation is visible to everyone. But they will keep trying to divert attention. It bothers me because they know the public doesn’t understand the physics when they come up with these new divisions. Nor the games NASA plays. I was endeavoring to provide an example with the ISS STS 117 incident & how lightning data was classified but that isn’t relevant here. So I deleted my earlier comments.

However, I love the new regional observations I have been receiving. Now we can share Global changes more efficiently. I also added the Regional posts to the side bar menu for easy access. There is also a comment menu for all the latest comments and secondary post menu in the order they were posted.

I want to hear the observations of those who live in the area and the unusual conditions you notice. Not links. So future such links may be deleted.

No star shock wave caused our Sun to rise & set over 1000 miles too far to the north of the tropic lines in Summer & vice versa in the winter. If it could do that, our moon would severely alter its orbit. Not to mention other planets & their moons such as Mars, etc.

Seriously, do you really believe a star shock wave altered our weather? Or could it be the fact that our sun is no longer tracking its normal course? Which one sounds more likely to affect the weather?

Here is a new comment about these interesting weather issues in Europe from Mai Z. So, I’m also adding it to the regional post below. Disregard the links:

Extreme snowfall and frost damage in Europe

In several European countries – such as Austria, Switzerland, Italy, Croatia, Germany, Slovenia, France and Belgium – apples, pears, cherries and grapes were frozen early last week. The snowfall also created challenges with the roofing systems, and occasionally the snow completely ruined things. Snow and cold temperatures are predicted for some places in the coming nights again. 2. I shot the sunrise last week and it was at 128 degrees or near southeast and I expect by the 21st of Dec. it will be SE or maybe SSE. I haven’t shot the sunset yet because of a hill by my house but it looks SW right now. I will shoot it accurately on the winter solstice and let you all know.
Side note: When I built my house in ’99 I intentionally positioned it SSE, or more accurately at 10 degrees east of south using a compass to capture the maximum radiant heat through the windows. The sun was generally rising in the ENE and setting WSW in the winter hence the reasoning behind positioning the house as I did, this is far from the case anymore. I live near Sudbury, Ontario. 3. I wonder if moon changes might also be a useful line of enquiry (apologies if this has been covered elsewhere)? I live in the North of England and back in the 1990’s I remember a friend, who had just returned from Delhi, telling me that in India the crescent moon ‘lies down on its back’ and is called ‘the cup’. How strange would that be! I thought at the time. Yet for the last few years (not sure how many – at least 2 or 3) we now see the crescent moon ‘on its back’ at certain times of the year in the north of England. Now I KNOW this was never the case 10 years ago – yet when I google it I find official looking websites telling me that it always looks like this at certain times of year. Conversely, when I look at Twitter I see local people asking ‘why is the moon so weird right now?’ I’m sorry I don’t have any accurate data on this. I just find it odd that something so fundamentally strange to me seems to pass almost unnoticed by most.

    • I’m not an expert on this aspect of the moon. While the moons orbital behavior should be the same lest it would affect the tides and create a profound wobble in our rotation… the change in our tilt would certainly affect the angle of the shadows & sunlight because our visual perspective would be altered. So, yes, we could see the sunlight & shadows on the moon from a different perspective as our tilt has been increased by several hundred miles. Thus, we would be seeing it from that of a different latitude depending on the time of year. Based on our GPS, our planet shifted while the layer of satellites did not. Their software had to be altered to compensate the GPS readings to appear to be the same by calculating the difference to be added to the reported position. Thus, the moon may not have shifted with us either.

However, the moon is a gravity generating body, so it could have shifted with us while the satellites did not and the sun & shadows would change on the moon due do the difference in angle & position. I’m not an expert on this issue but since our tilt has shifted, so has our angle of perspective of sunlight & shadows on the moon whether or not the moon shifted with us, some of us would be in India’s latitude during our summer months. It just depends on where we were normally located on our latitude & add several hundred miles south. Your closest axis tilt perspective difference would be the latitude of Pakistan because you are normally so far north. Close to India’s latitude in the summer but not quite. But may still be close enough. Most of those Countries do use a crescent moon on their flags. Again, this is speculation. I’m no expert on the moon shadows. I have heard several people mention the changes they have seen in the moons shadows & position.

I don’t go out at night because we have too many rabid coyotes near our homes in this area at night. The rabies are rampant thus making it dangerous to go outside after dark. So I have not verified it.

I did hear about the extra bright moonshine this week. That is certainly indicative of change. I sure hope our orbit around the sun hasn’t changed. There is a British movie “The day the Earth Caught fire” about that possibility. But their conditions were different. But thought provoking.

      • Thanks for this. Interestingly, the unusual crescent moons I have seen in recent years (and they were in the summer -I’m not seeing anything unusual at present) looked very like the crescent moon on the flag of Pakistan i.e. ‘leaning back’ significantly but not completely horizontal. In the past they were always entirely vertical.

        Comment by Joanna Hume — November 20, 2016 @ 2:33 pm

      • In the winter, your position would be farther north. In the spring and fall, your position would be normal as we were prior to the axis change. Summer would be the only time you could see the moon from Pakistan’s latitude & perspective. It is all based on the way we orbit the sun at a tilt. So the numerous UK comments about the moon crescent changes is another confirmation of our shifted axis. I’ve also heard from US observers that the summer moon crescents have changed.

Interestingly, Texas has been in the 80’s everyday this autumn until this past weekend when we suddenly dropped below freezing. Now we are at 69 again. This is not normal, even for our normal axis tilt prior to the first shift 12 years ago. Nor is this typical for our increased axis shift during the past 12 years of abnormal axis tilt. We should be getting colder than normal.

Something different is going on in the past 5 months. Have there been any unusual earthquakes, eruptions or tsunamis during this timeframe? I’ve been ill & in the hospital a lot, so I may have missed it. I will have to check into our seismic activity when I get a chance this week.

When I was a child, they called this an Indian Summer. But it never lasted into November.

I’ve been to the UK several times & at this same time of year in 1998, it was damp & chilly in London but not so chilly as to be uncomfortable in my lined London fog coat. How have your temperatures been running this November?

The sun position seemed to be north of me for an abnormally long period (2 months) after the summer solstice. However, your latitude is too far north to view the sun toward the north. You’d have to see it from Spain.

However, I’m curious if your autumn has been warmer than normal this year.

  4. Don’t all the weather stations keep records of all the risers and sets. To see who much each place is getting light and darkness. Over the years and days. To measure the tilt of the earth, each year. As well. For that info would help work measurements out too. Its just a thought.

    • Unfortunately, they are all under control of the gov’t who does not want any spotlights on the situation or hundreds of millions of questions from the public.

Even the local news meteorologists cannot issue any weather alerts or reports without first receiving the report from NOAA or NWS. Else they will lose their license. For instance, I have a full weather station at my home so I know the temperatures, pressures, wind, humidity, precipitations, etc. I also have a variety of mercury & analog thermometers to verify the accuracy of the digital weather station. But the official weather reports are deliberately underreporting the temperatures, precipitation or claiming tornadoes as straight line winds (unless someone captured a photo to prove otherwise.)

We have had triple digit heat for over a month but the weather reports always claim it never exceeds the upper 90’s. Keeping the public dumb & happy. Just yesterday I was hit with a 2 inch downpour thunderstorm but the local doppler radar showed the storm was only located many miles away in the next county & showed my county perfectly clear of any storm clouds whatsoever.

When they do chemtrails, the national weather service alters the satellite images to remove them.

So frankly, I would not believe their information if it was wrapped in $1000 bills.

18 years ago, the 4th of July sunset was at 9:30 PM. 8 years ago, sunset was at 10:30 PM. This year it was at 8:37 PM. I remember because the firework display schedules were continually affected by the changing sunsets. What they put in the official annual record books has no bearing on the actual conditions. Just the same way when it is 103 degrees and they report 97. Then they try to blame the searing heat on the perceived heat index but my weather station also shows the real heat index. So I know the truth. I keep an eye on the actual conditions versus the false official underreporting.

Everyone is free to believe whatever they like. I know the actual truth & will not besmirch this site with false gov’t propaganda. I encourage everyone to buy their own weather station. They are only about $100. Easy to install, solar powered external system with a wireless receiver & interior display. Then you can see the actual conditions versus the false reporting. If you wish to know the time of sunsets, it is better to look outside for yourself than to rely on a gov’t controlled source for the info.

  5. Hi i’m in wigan lancashire england the sun always comes up between the two houses in front of mine and moves round during the course of the day appearing as if rising in the sky and coming down the other side later in the eveninh. For the past few weeks it comes up more to the left and instead of moving rpund it just keeps on going up and over my house. Also its much hotter than it normally is.

  6. Does the sun still rise in the same place at Stonehenge? It seems this would be definitive proof, if it didn’t still rise of the heel stone.

So far, i haven’t found anyone who says the sun doesn’t still rise over the heel stone on the Summer solstice

    Comment by Ellen — May 11, 2016 @ 9:39 pm | Reply

    • The sunrise is normal during the spring & fall equinoxes. Even with the shifted axis, the sun is still over the equator during the equinox dates both before & after the axis shift because it is the midpoint.

However, the position of the sun after the shift in axis has been quite different on the summer & winter solstice dates in June & December since the axis began shifting in 2004. The sunrise and sunset are not normal during the summer & winter solstices.

It also depends on what years they are comparing it to. If you compared 2015 to 2006, they would be the same. If you compared 2015 to 1998 they would be different. If you compared 2015 to 2014, they would also be different; as would 2013 and 2014. The position continues to change.

What people say versus what reality is, are two different things.

Bottom line: The sun should never be farther north than the tropic of cancer (mid Mexico latitude). Yet, the sun has been rising & setting hundreds of miles north of the US since the December 2004 major shift & resulting Tsunami.

If people cannot see the difference, the problem is theirs & there is no point wasting energy debating the issue. It is tantamount to someone believing the moon is made of green cheese. You cant force someone with a closed mind to believe the truth no matter how wrong they are. If they wish to believe something else, it is not our job to waste our time & energy to convince them otherwise. To each his own. They are free to believe anything they wish.

This site provides the info on the solstice sun positions for those who wish to know the details. I keep it simple so anyone can look outside & verify the data for themselves.

I will be measuring the angle of the sunrise & sunset next on June 20-21, 2016 as will our followers who wish to share their observations.

      • I believe the current Midsummer sunset sunrise at Stonehenge is correct, unfortunately for 2000 BC simulationcurriculum, com had a user complaining that the sun positions being fobbed off with a mysterious gregorian/julian calander conversion problem since he should have used NASA as his source rather than starry night, the odd thing is that julian date conversion in all computer languages are accurate to 5000bc(java) all astronomy programs use the same code and orbital data bar Redshift 1 & 2(Soviet Star charts) and calculate from the present timestamp backwards. .

        Comment by David Kendrick — August 9, 2017 @ 1:40 am

      • You are too far north to see the sun abnormally to the north of you. From your vantage point, it would appear somewhat normal.

You would have to be in Spain or the Southern US in June to see the sun off of its normal position. (and North of Mexico.) This would be the region to view it properly and see the sun position abnormally to the north of you in June.

Location is very important as is the time of year.

  7. Fossilised FOREST found in Norway: 380-million-year-old trees were so large and leafy they ‘triggered climate change and helped animals to flourish’
Scientists discovered a 380-million-year-old fossilised forest in Svalbard
The area appears to have been covered in a vast early tropical forest
The strange trees had leaves growing up their trunks and branches
Researchers said they drew huge amounts of carbon dioxide out of the air

A prehistoric fossilised forest that helped trigger a dramatic change in the Earth’s climate around 380 million years ago has been discovered in Norway.
Scientists found the preserved tree trunks and stumps, still where they had been rooted in the ground, on the island of Svalbard in Norway.
The strange trees, which look like a cross between a palm and a fern, are thought to have formed part of a vast tropical forest that covered the area.

Did we miss something here? Their press release stated, ‘so that crop diversity can be conserved for the future.’ What future do the seed bank’s sponsors foresee, that would threaten the global availability of current seeds, almost all of which are already well protected in designated seed banks around the world?

Anytime Bill Gates, the Rockefeller Foundation, Monsanto and Syngenta get together on a common project, it’s worth digging a bit deeper behind the rocks on Spitsbergen. When we do we find some fascinating things.

comment on video: I can confirm that in the Northeast USA that the sun is rising in the North East and setting in the NorthWest.Compasses are whacko..and now Magnetic North points west northwest.

    • Svalbard Global Seed Vault

The vault’s construction, which cost about $9 million, began in 1984 at the site of an old, abandoned coal mine. It was funded entirely by Norway and the Global Crop Diversity Trust. However, organizations such as the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation and others have contributed. It costs nothing to store seeds at the vault.

    • I’m going to forgo my link rule because of the nature of these subjects. A scientist whose name I cant remember was on a documentary in apr 2008 & told us he found tropical plants at the arctic circle & glaciers on the Equator. He said the planet has shifted horizontally onto its side 11 times in the past & is overdue for another. His expertise is axis shifts.

No plant caused a climate change. The plants grew due to an axis shift of earth onto its side where the poles were each exposed to tropical heat for part of the year. The plants are the result not the cause. The sudden shifts froze them again.

Anytime Monsanto is involved we had better check our pocketbooks & count our fingers. They are the worst crooks on the planet who are creating these Roundup ready produce & grains. Roundup as in Weed killer. They own ortho. Farmers spray their GMO Monsanto crops with roundup just before harvest to kill weeds & do not wash off the roundup. They claim the weed killer is organic & good for us. What does organic really mean? All of those entities you named would like to see a reduction in the population. The new world Order & Georgia Guidestone.

The Gov’t is expecting a calamity between 2020 & 2026. Hence the rapid construction of the Colorado shelters, global maglev tunnels, seed banks, and population reduction by attrition. (Flu shots, food additives, Roundup Ready products, Zita Virus, West Nile, plagues, engineered wars, you name it). Here we are tying to survive & we are fighting our own gov’t from trying to wipe us out. I believe the population number they are trying to attain is 1.8 million? Less than one city. Per the Georgia Guidestone.

  8. My girlfriend and I were talking this week about how our southwest facing balcony in the Allgäu region of Bavaria had been receiving much less sun in the last two years than when we moved in. I “jokingly” said that this was caused by the earth wobbling like a top and changing it’s axis toward the sun. She laughed and thought I was crazy. —Well not anymore after I shared this site with her, which I just found today. Scary how an observation can be so dead-on. Yes, the sun’s position in relation to our balcony has changed very noticebly in the last 2 years. It’s obvious and can’t be explained away. We are not scientists. Just 2 normal people who enjoy sitting on our balcony after work and noticing that the sun doesn’t shine where it used to at the same time of day.

    Comment by Ralph — May 6, 2016 @ 12:04 pm | Reply

    • It was similar for us. Back in 2006, I had to move the furniture because the sun was shining in my north windows where it should have never been. The windows face true north. I almost didn’t have the glass polarized for that reason but did the extra expense to keep the windows all uniform. A good choice since the sun now shines in those windows during the summer mornings & afternoons for over 10 years now.

As the local researcher, the neighbors were all asking me to explain it, so I started tracking it on this site for them & it grew.

The sun position continues to change & vary each year since the initial large axis shift heralded by the 2004 tsunami.

We had some major changes in 2013, 2014 & 2015 so I’m interested to see what June 2016 brings.
